This policy explains how The No BS Guide handles personal data when you browse, buy, or use the 90-day Protocol.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to provide the product: your name, email address, payment/order records, account identifiers, onboarding responses, checklist progress, and weekly check-ins. Optional photo features are not currently enabled.

Why we use it

We use this information to process payment, deliver the Playbook, provide app access, personalise the non-medical structure of your Protocol, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve product operations. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We use Razorpay for payments, Supabase for accounts and data storage, Brevo for transactional email, and Vercel to host this website. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and security

We retain purchase and payment records as needed for fulfilment, support, legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for personal data where applicable. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing app access or support that depends on that information. To make a request, email thenobsguidee@gmail.com.

Children

The Protocol is designed only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Updates

We may update this policy when our product or legal obligations change. The effective date above will show the latest version.
