These terms govern your purchase and use of The No BS Guide Playbook and 90-Day Protocol.

What you receive

The Playbook is a digital educational product delivered by email. Pro includes the Playbook and private app access for 90 days from the date access is granted. Both are one-time purchases; there is no recurring subscription.

Personal use only

Your access is personal, limited, non-transferable, and for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit the Playbook, app, or associated materials without written permission.

Health information

The product is educational wellness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Results vary; no hair-growth result or timeline is guaranteed. Read the Medical and Educational Disclaimer before use.

Your account

Keep your email access link and account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or a material breach of these terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, maintain, or discontinue non-essential features. Material changes to paid access will not remove the core access purchased during your 90-day Pro period, except where required for security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
